Even if you never need major repairs, seasonal maintenance through the plan will keep your heating and cooling system operating smoothly and efficiently.
Starting May 10th 2024, if you have an existing maintenance plan with another service provider and can provide proof of maintenance within the last 12 months, we will transfer your service to our Annual Maintenance Plan FREE of charge, and keep everything on schedule. *Must transfer to a maintenance plan only; if a protection plan is required, it can be upgraded upon completion of your first tune-up appointment with us.

If your system requires a non-standard media we recommend including it the plan otherwise you must provide/purchase replacement media at the time of subsequent maintenance performed, and we cannot guarantee that our technician will have stock on hand at the time of maintenance.
- Total of four 1" filters OR two filters per 12 month supply.

Maintenance and Protection plans are billed monthly via pre-authorized debit.
- Plans with 2 major pieces of equipment added receive 10% off monthly fees.
- Plans with 3 or more major pieces of equipment added receive 15% off monthly fees.
- Plan initiation tune-up discount not applicable to air exchangers & additional mini-split zones.
- One-Time Air exchangers tune-up fee is $139.99 if no other work is being performed during time of the maintenance appointment. Charge is reduced to $59.99 as an add-on tune up.
- A precision tune-up is required to initiate any plan. The customer can cancel the agreement at any time by giving 30 days’ notice after the initial 12 month term.
